Charles Manson's first record remastered from the original sources, many in stereo for the first time. The original 12 track LP has been expanded with more than 20 new songs, rehearsals, outtakes and demonstration recordings. The original artwork has been restored for the first time since its first edition. These sessions were produced by Terry Melcher at Goldstar Studio in Los Angeles; Terry Melcher also produced countless other sixties bands. Famous for his work with Bruce Johnston as "Bruce & Terry" he was also the son of Doris Day.
